Our Training
Our goal is that each VAS doctoral student leaves after three years with both a PhD and a job corresponding to their goals, tastes and skills in hand.
To reach this goal, students must :
• Create a professional project : having determined in a timely manner what kind of job “corresponds to their goals, tastes, and skills.”
• Become an autonomous researcher, endowed with specific skills as a result of the thesis, training through research
• Possess other less specific skills which will lead to success
Both the research laboratory and the VAS Doctoral School have a critical role in ensuring all students leave prepared for the job market.
